How to use this site

You can navigate the different sections of the Rural Well Being website by using the left hand toolbar, and/or by clicking on links within the text. If you would like to know what topics are covered in each section, visit the site map. If at any time you lose your way, the home button will always return you to the opening page of the site.

In order to search the Rural Well Being website, use the Site Search. If you have a word or phrase in mind (e.g. stress, anorexia, etc), this search facility uses Google to find the most relevant pages from the Rural Well Being website.

The Rural Well Being website is linked to a searchable database containing contact details for organisations who may be able to offer further information or assistance on particular issues. When you are in a section, just click on the Contact Info button to access the database of agencies. Or, you can search the database by clicking on the Agency Search button on the top toolbar:

Agency search

Agency A-Z Search

If you know the name of the agency you want contact details for, click on the appropriate letter of the alphabet to get a list of all agencies in the database that begin with that letter - hopefully the one you want will be there. Click on an agency from the list to get the contact details.

Agency Type Search

Choose an agency type (e.g. hospitals, pharmacists, etc) and one or more County from the list of counties in rural Wales, then click "Okay" to see a list of relevant agencies.
