Energy & fitness

What is being fit all about?

You don't have to be an athlete to be fit, as your fitness level should be in tune with your lifestyle. Being fit not only makes you look and feel better, it has many pay-offs for your health:

aerobics
  • it lowers your risk of heart disease and stroke
  • it lowers your risk of osteoporosis (brittle bones)

It will also give you:

  • more energy
  • greater stamina
  • stronger more toned muscles
  • improved posture
  • improved confidence
  • a better shape and appearance.
