Some of the excuses we hear:
"I'm too tired when I come home from work"
You may be surprised to find out that being more active actually gives you more energy. Try walking or cycling to work and see if you still feel as tired.
"I don't have the time"
You don't have to spend hours in the gym. Building activity into your life, by walking or cycling to get around, can reap rewards.
"I do enough exercise already"
Most people overestimate the amount of physical activity that they do, and could benefit from doing more. Take a look at an average week. How often can you say that you do enough activity that leaves you warm and slightly out of breath?
